Hypnotherapy for Fears and Phobias is combined with brief therapy techniques when it is felt appropriate to deal with problems originating in the past. It can be summarised briefly as removing the original emotion from the event and its harmful effects and reframing them to how you would like to feel and react towards those past events.
The use of CDs is an integral part of the therapy. This continues to focus the mind and provides solutions between sessions.
