On his hypnotherapy page Matthew says, “hypnotherapy is a natural method of altering someone’s state of consciousness. It is very pleasant and relaxing but at one with deep concentration. He says clients will not lose awareness or control, in fact their awareness is heightened. Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotic techniques in such a way as to bring about therapeutic change.”
Matthew says there are three types of hypnotherapy treatment; hypnotherapy suggestion therapy, brief or solution focused hypnotherapy and analytical hypnotherapy. He offers a free initial consultation in which clients can discuss their problems and determine the method of treatment that will suit them.
