Reducing Stress Bucket Levels

With the first anniversary of the first national lockdown approaching, it’s a good time to perhaps reflect on some of the events of the past twelve months.

There has, of course, been a tremendous level of tragedy which has been felt across the whole country. There has also been a colossal amount of disruption which has ensured we have all had to adapt to a new way of doing things.

Everything from leaving behind a ‘physical’ realm, and moving to work on a virtual platform, through to a complete re-examination of how to effectively support clients during a national lockdown.

Some of them may feel a little trepidation towards the idea of a needle being used. You may find some of them will be actively looking for help to overcome any minor issues which they feel towards being vaccinated.

As such, you may consider speaking with your hypnotherapy supervisor to ensure you’re up to date on all the latest thinking around techniques which can help in these situations. This could include sessions to help in reducing stress bucket levels, and, of course, a revision of the rewind and reframe procedure.
